Minsk, Belarus – Ultralab today is excited to announce the release of Filterloop 1.0 for iOS, a collection of beautiful photo filters with the possibility of using them separately or applying layer by layer. Being able to alter the image with a combination of different filters, users can achieve unpredictable unique-looking results each time they open the app. Although the app is simple and not abundant in sophisticated features, it is a powerful photo editing tool with great potential.
There are 18 hand-picked filters in Filterloop, each skillfully crafted not to change but to enhance the look of any image. The selection is versatile: there are dreamy-looking filters, the ones making the colors pop, and of course a number of black-and-whites. Mixing and matching the available options allows for a virtually endless number of possible combinations, which turns Filterloop into a tool of creating hundreds of effects for any taste without the need of complex adjustments. Some users might figure out their own favorite filters after a couple of uses and stick to them, while others are free to keep experimenting with every photograph, discovering new editing recipes.
The app's interface is minimalistic and uncluttered. The only other features added for the sake of convenience are an in-built camera with rectangular and square shooting modes and one-tap sharing to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social networks.
“We find most of the photo-editing apps too complicated and overloaded with settings for a casual user,” says Eugene Valuev, founder of Ultralab. “What we wanted to do is to offer something different, really simple yet versatile, giving users room for creativity while sticking to the minimum set of features. We think Filterloop perfectly serves these aims and hope it will be appreciated by both amateurs and photo editing pros.”
