Introducing the Fujifilm Professional Services Program :: Personalized Support for Professional Photographers
Valhalla, N.Y., July 24, 2020 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of the FUJIFILM Professional Services (FPS) Program designed to assist professional photographers and videographers with a variety of service and product-related needs for their recently purchased X Series and GFX System products.
The FPS program will offer support to eligible professional photographers through an annual membership that allows access to Fujifilm’s Professional Service Team. To be eligible for the program, participants must register at least $3000 of GFX System or X Series products at www.registermyfujifilm.com. Members will receive dedicated telephone and email support for either their X Series or GFX System products, a 1-year extended warranty on any new gear purchased and registered in a qualifying membership year, two free check and cleans (for up to one covered camera and one covered lens each time), 50% off on additional check and cleans, 30% off expedited repairs, two business day turnaround (when available/some exclusions apply), and repair loaners (terms & conditions apply). Details about the FPS program and FPS program benefits are easily accessed through an interactive portal in which members can schedule repair and check & clean services, visit a personalized page to track product history and warranty information, etc.
For those that qualify, participation in the FUJFILM Professional Services Program for X Series and GFX System products will be available at an annual subscription rate of $399 USD per year, applicable from the paid membership activation date. For a limited time only, through September 30, 2020, qualifying new users can purchase their first 12-month FPS Program Membership for just $199 (a savings of $200).
